Fomos em 6 e pedimos o Combo Família para levar, mas acabamos comendo algumas por lá na hora porque o cheirinho estava irresistível! As esfirras são excepcionais, artesanais! A imperial é fantástica. Alverca store. This wasn't the first and I don't think it will be the last time I go to this establishment. Anyway, I'm going to leave my dissatisfaction here, of course they're going to say that I'm complaining and bla bla bla but I'm within my rights to do so since they give me the opportunity here. A few weeks ago I went with my little one to buy esfirras and as always I ask for 3, 2 of salt and 1 of sweet. But there were drumsticks so I asked if the filling contained cheese, they told me I didn't buy one, but when I took the first bite I looked and was afraid to eat it because I'm lactose intolerant and I don't eat absolutely anything that might contain milk or derivatives, so I asked if that It was cheese, they said no, but I was very afraid and I didn't want to eat it, but I thought better of it and decided to eat it, so I asked for the coxinha back and the cook herself didn't want to give it back to me, meaning I was left without the money and without the coxinha and that lady was super bad. educated. Today 04/03/2024 I went again and my order was the same, they were number 36, 22 and 75, the new employee told me to speak by number which would be easier but I had already told him he made a mess that I only realized when 4 came esfirras he added one more, I told him and didn't want to give my money back because my daughter only eats all three of them, and she even joined the cook talking about me and laughing. The cook simply looking at me with that look as if she were doing me a favor, teach your employees to be friendly because none of those who work there are friendly, they all have a frown on their face, every time I go it's always the same thing and I just go even for her daughter because it wasn't far away.
